Cubby works best in a modern, up-to-date browser. Running an outdated browser can cause layout issues, broken features, or pages that won't load. This article shows how to update the most common browsers.
Google Chrome
Chrome updates automatically in the background, but you can trigger a manual check:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Help → About Google Chrome.
Chrome will check for and install updates automatically. Click Relaunch when prompted.
Chrome is the recommended browser for Cubby.
Safari (Mac)
Safari updates through macOS System Updates:
Click the Apple menu → System Settings.
Select General → Software Update.
Install any available updates. Safari updates are bundled with macOS system updates.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
Select Help → About Firefox.
Firefox will check for and install updates. Click Restart to update Firefox if prompted.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot menu (…) in the top-right corner.
Select Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge.
Edge will check for and apply updates. Click Restart when prompted.
Which browser should I use?
Cubby is tested and optimized for Google Chrome. If you're experiencing issues in another browser, switch to Chrome first before contacting support.
