Most common reasons for delivery failures
Bounced emails occur when a message you send fails to be delivered to the recipient's email address. Common reasons include:
Invalid Email Address: The recipient's address may be mistyped, outdated, or no longer exist.
Recipient's Inbox is Full: If the recipient has exceeded their storage limit, new emails may not be delivered.
Server Issues: The recipient’s email server may be down, unavailable, or rejecting connections.
Spam Filters: Your email might be flagged as spam due to its content, sender reputation, or attachments.
Blocked by the Recipient: The recipient or their email provider may have blocked your email address or domain.
DNS Issues: Problems with your or the recipient's domain’s DNS settings can lead to delivery failures.
Attachment Problems: If your email includes large or unsafe attachments, it may be rejected.
Authentication Failures: Issues with SPF, DKIM, or DMARC settings can cause emails to be rejected as unauthorized.
Blacklisted IP or Domain: If your email server or domain is on a blacklist, emails may not reach recipients.
