Waiving Fees

Learn how to wave a fee charged to a lease.

How to waive fees

Cubby will automatically charge fees based on your lease configuration. 

The ability to waive fees is a Cubby user permission. For users that have the ability to waive fees: 

1. Navigate to the tenant’s lease account
2. Under Transactions, find the fee you want to waive and select Waive
3. Confirm that you are waiving the fee 
4. Transactions will reflect the reversal of the late fees and adjust the balance as needed.

If the tenant had a $0.00 balance before the fees are waived, the additional credits will be moved into prepaid balance to be applied for next month’s rent
