For a multi-facility portfolio, learn how to toggle between them.
In the top left next to the Cubby logo, both your Organization and Facility names are automatically populated. If a user is assigned to multiple facilities, they can switch between the facilities while staying within the same browser. To switch between facilities:
- In the top left, first click on your Facility name (Facility 1 in this example)
- Within the dropdown, you will see all facilities you have access to (Facility 1 and Facility 2).
- Select the new facility to switch to.
Note: the same behavior exists if a user is assigned to multiple organizations (e.g., you are a Call Center representative and support multiple operations on Cubby):
