Set up multiple users on Cubby so all activity is tracked to the rightful owner, even on the same machine!
If multiple Cubby users (e.g., site managers, area managers, operations, owners, etc.) are working from the same location, everyone can be signed into the same Cubby browser at once.
To toggle between the different users:
- After the first manager (Alex Elwood) signs into Cubby, click the username in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Add another profile.
- The second manager will be prompted to enter their username and password.
- After the second manager (Sally Shells) signs in, the users will be able to see who else is logged in. They can switch between the accounts by again clicking the username in the top right corner and selecting Login as [other manager] (Alex Elwood)
Tasks, events, and comments performed in Cubby are tracked and tagged with the user that performed the action / made the comment. Note that anything not tagged with a user is automatically generated by the system.
In the below example, we can see that:
- Alex added an overlock to unit A006
- Sally commented and added additional context
If you do not want your employees to be signed into the same computer together, each user can Sign out when they are finished their tasks and log back in each time they need to use it again.
