      Managing Tenant Rates

      To edit an individual tenant’s rental rate: 

      1. Navigate to the tenant’s lease account
      2. Under Lease details, select Edit
      3. Select Change rent
      4. Submit the new rent amount and when the change will take effect. Select Schedule update.

      The scheduled rent is visible when you select Change Rent again. There is also an option to Remove scheduled change to cancel the rate adjustment

      Currently in Cubby, for active tenants you can only schedule individual rate changes.
